華宇集團產(chǎn)業(yè)構(gòu)成

 

  山西地區(qū)

     華宇集團總部座落于山西太原。山西地區(qū)產(chǎn)業(yè)主要分布于太原市及大同市,山西是集團地產(chǎn)及零售業(yè)發(fā)展的發(fā)源地。
     山西華吉房地產(chǎn)開發(fā)有限公司是華宇集團全資子公司,2005年躋身全國房地產(chǎn)企業(yè)200強,集團旗下地產(chǎn)的開發(fā)全部由其承擔,目前總竣工面積已超200萬平米,下設物業(yè)管理分公司,負責所持地產(chǎn)物業(yè)管理。山西華宇百花谷商業(yè)中心總建筑面積45萬平米,集三座5A智能化寫字樓、一座超五星級酒店與一座購物中心于一體;大同商業(yè)中心待建面積65萬平米;忻州度假養(yǎng)老項目待建面積10萬平米;瓊中度假養(yǎng)老產(chǎn)業(yè)項目20萬平米已基本完成規(guī)劃進入施工階段。
     山西華宇商業(yè)發(fā)展股份有限公司是華宇集團控股并按照上市企業(yè)規(guī)范要求組建的股份有限公司,旗下太原華宇百花谷、太原華宇購物中心、太原華宇生活廣場以及大同華宇購物中心,總營業(yè)面積近45萬平米,其中太原華宇百花谷購物中心依托15萬平米超大體量,將國際購物、環(huán)球美食、休閑娛樂等多元業(yè)態(tài)有機整合,致力于打造一個以“藝文、科技、互動”為先鋒代名詞的智慧商場,將成為山西首家生活方式多維體驗空間。

    華宇商業(yè)的健康運營和現(xiàn)金流積累為集團的發(fā)展壯大奠定了堅實基礎,止2017年,零售板塊山西地區(qū)銷售收入達30億元;地產(chǎn)業(yè)銷售達5億元。
   

    Shanxi

    Huayu Group is based in Taiyuan Shanxi. Properties of the Group mainly locate in Taiyuan and Datong. Shanxi is the province in which the Group starts its real estate and retailing business.
    Huaji Real Estate Development Co. Ltd. is a subsidiary fully owned by the Group and was listed in TOP 200 Real Estate Company of the Nation in 2005.Huaji is a real estate development company and  has completed construction of properties of over 2 million square meters with a property management branch providing service to the clients.
    La Flet Huayu a commercial center which Developed byto be opened Huaji Real Estate Development Co. Ltd.is a property with total construction area of 450000 square meters composed of three 5A intelligent office buildings one 5A class hotel and one shopping mall. Datong Commercial Center to be started takes an construction area of 650000 square meters and that of Xinzhou seni citizen care project of 100000 square meters f Qiongzhong seni citizen care and rest plan of of 200000 square meters has been completed and ready f construction.
    Huayu Commercial Development Co. Ltd. owned by the Group is a limited liability company set up accding to listed enterprise nms. With Huayu Shopping Center Taiyuan Huayu International Shopping Plaza Taiyuan Huayu Shopping Plaza Taiyuan it is holding  an operational commercial area of around 300000 square meters. Huayu La Flet Taiyuan a comprehensive commercial center to be opened shtly with a super-size area of over 150000 square meters and diversified types of operation including international brand global cuisine recreation facilities is to have its debut as an Intelligent Commercial Center with “Art & Culture Sci-Tech Interactive”as key codes will be the first life style multi-experiential center in Shanxi.
    Healthy operation and cash flow in condition accumulated by Huayu Commercial Co. Ltd. is a great insurance of steady growth of the Group. By 20187 the sales revenue of the Group in Shanxi area to hit around RMB 3 billion and revenue of sales of real estate to reach RMB 500 million.

 

   北京地區(qū)
   北京華宇世紀投資有限公司居于首都北京市中心,主要承擔集團跨地域發(fā)展的主要任務,是集團對外投資的窗口,不僅在國內(nèi)進行項目投資和投資管理,并于2014年進軍國際市場。在全球經(jīng)濟一體化格局下,華宇集團以療養(yǎng)度假酒店業(yè)為突破口,在澳洲黃金海岸收購索菲特酒店,在法國收購瑪歌酒店,為打造國際市場品牌奠定基礎。北京華宇世紀投資有限公司國內(nèi),主要產(chǎn)業(yè)包括北京華宇時尚購物中心和北京德勝門華宇假日酒店。
   北京華宇時尚購物中心坐落于北三環(huán)與中關(guān)村大街的交匯處,地處中關(guān)村商圈的繁華地段,建筑面積3萬平米,年銷售收入6億余元。
   北京德勝門華宇假日酒店位于北京德勝門外大街,是地處北二環(huán)的國際品牌酒店,建筑面積3.5萬平米,共擁有332間客房、7個會議室、2家餐廳,年銷售收入近1億元。

    Huayu Century Investment Co. Ltd. Beijing is located in center of Beijing mainly focusing on  cross-region development of the Group is “Window” of investment of the Group. mainly focusing on  cross-region development of the Group. Not only managing project investment and management within China it also penetrated into overseas market in 2014. Taking the opptunity of integration of wld economy  with rest and hotel as an ice-breaking point the Group acquired Sofitel in Gold Coast Australia and Relais De Margaux in France which kicked off the progress of expanding the brand around the wld. Key Pproperties under Huayu Century Investment Co. Ltd. Beijing are include Huayu Fashion Shopping Center Beijing and Holiday Inn Deshengmen Beijing。
    Huayu Fashion Shopping Mall Beijing located at the cross of Beisanhuan and Zhongguancun Street is in the downtown lots of Zhongguancun Commercial Circle with a flo space of 30000 square meters and annual sales revenue over RMB 600 million.
    Huayu Deshengmen Holiday Inn located in Deshengmenwai Street
an international brand hotel located at Beierhuan is with a flo space of 35000 square meters facilities of 332 rooms 7 meeting rooms 2 outlets and yearly revenue around RMB 100 million.

 

    海南地區(qū)

    集團在海南地區(qū)的產(chǎn)業(yè)分主要布于三亞市和瓊中縣,三亞華宇旅業(yè)有限公司是集團在海南地區(qū)的管控公司,旗下產(chǎn)業(yè)主要有三亞亞龍灣華宇度假酒店、三亞亞龍灣迎賓館和三亞百花谷商業(yè)中心,按照立足國內(nèi)并與國際接軌的管理理念,三亞地區(qū)聘請了多位國際級酒店管理高端人士加盟,極大地提升了酒店品牌及知名度。

    Properties of the Group are mainly located in Sanya and Qiongzhong. As the management company in Hainan Sanya Huayu Tourism Management Co. Ltd. is managing Huayu Rest & Spa Yalong Bay Sanya Palace Rest Yalong Bay Sanya and La Flet Sanya. Keeping a concept of “basing in China but managing in internationalization way” the Group engaged expats in hospitality industry from abroad f Sanya area which helps to improve the brand awareness of the hotels greatly. 
    Huayu Rest & Spa Yalong Bay located at Yalong Bay National Tourism Rest District 18 degress nth latitude covers a flo space of 100000 square meters. Themed Chinese classical garden construction style and elegance culture is a best part of tropical view. With 583 guest rooms and excellent facilities it is offering most considerate service to the guests coming here. Palace Rest Yalong Bay specially designed by top end designing company Gensler covers a flo space of 80000 squre meters.      In 2009 Shanyou Gallery Shanyou Histy & Culture Study Institute were set up. Around 10 social benefit painting exhibitions were held successfully with over 1500 pieces of collections of Shanyou Gallery showed and millions of people visits high recognition and appreciation from the society were given. Publish and donation of“Shanyou Series (Proof-reading Version)”(which takes 5 years to complete) to libraries of universities and institues is of great meaning of study and success of histy and culture of Shanxi. “ART SANYA” a unique and great event among domestic and overseas exhibitions initiated planned ganized and held by the Group have to undertake six consecutive terms,stimulated great response in the nation. While enriching recreation and art life of local residents of Sanya and tourists fame and influence of Sanya was greatly promoted. The event was listed among Ten Excellent Culture Brand Events of Sanya and is taken as the only art and exhibition brand of Sanya.
